What level of quality in Fallout 4 would this build be able to achieve, and what would be needed to upgraded to achieve a better quality.

Graphics - Gigabyte Radeon HD7850 2GB OC

CPU - AMD FX-6300 6 Core Black Edition Processor

Probably medium settings @ 1080p at 40-50 FPS based off the recommended specs. No one knows for sure til the game comes out.
