This is my build. The guy building my PC will get me WIN7 for free. I want this PC to run modern games on ULTRA if possible with the GTX 670.

Seems like a very good build with good quality component. Some big brand names there. Not to keen on seagate drives but that's just me - personally I prefer WD. You should have no problems though.
