[SOLVED] Computer squealing pls help

I put in a i5 760 into a acer veriton and when i turned it on, the pc started making a really high pitched noise (continuous) and nothing would show up on my screen. I unplugged my graphics card and it would still do the same thing. I also changed and replaced my ram. Also the same thing. Could it be my CPU or PSU? The PSU is pretty old and is only 220 Watts

I'd be focusing on the PSU. Being it's old, and only 220 watts, and what is the brand?

You could check the voltages or just swap it out.
