computer starting porblem.

my pc booting correctly but sutting down instantly after in boot . i remove the hard disk and place the pc in cmos, the pc is statying therer for 30 munites . no problem . but whenerver i starting the pc with hard disk it happannig the same . kindly solve the quesction .
