Computer starting problem

When I start my computer it displays there is no signal coming from your computer Pl. Press any key on the mouse or keyboard to wake it up.

What should I do to this problem?????

Could be a dead system, motherboard, power supply, video card, cable. What did you try already? Did you check all the cables? Does the computer actually turn on? Need full system specs and some details about exactly what is happening.
