[SOLVED] Computer starting then shutting down.

My problem is when I start my computer it starts for a second but then it shuts down immediately then it starts again. This is not everything. Sometimes it starts but never boots (monitor lights up), sometimes it gets to the booting screen then nothing happens, and 2 times it loaded straight to windows. I have new motherboard, ram and cpu, so I don't think it's those parts.

Cpu: i3-9100f
Gpu: Sapphire Pulse rx580 8gb
Mb: Gigabyte b365m ds3h
Ram: G.skill Aegis 3200mhz 8gb
Psu: an old Chieftech 500w 80+

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The problem is your PSU, get a higher wattage(650W), reliably built unit and then see if the issue is averted.

That's what I think it is, but it might be the cpu. I had it in a faulty motherboard before so it could've killed it.

Yeah that does look like an older PSU. That could be it.

I'm guessing you've reseated your RAM and GPU gently? Tried alternative RAM slots? Maybe pull out CMOS battery and reset BIOS just in case?
