Question Computer Starts but Does not boot Bios

So recently I upgraded my GPU from gt 210 to gigabyte low profile gt 1030. I installed the card and installed the drivers. Got blue screen twice but that was due to old drivers and used ddu to solve that. Everything worked fine..played games like watch dogs 1&2 tweaked a few setting all seemed ok. So I decided to install the remaining software- Gigabytes aurous.. During the install I got a blue screen and after that I started getting disc bad sectors error. Then whenever I started any game pc would freeze. After a few restarts I got disc read error occured. My pc has two Hdds and both have a windows 7 installed. I decided to boot the second hdd but my bios froze.. I tried it a few times but bios froze again. Next day the bios wont even boot up. I tried resetting cmos by removing the battery and also reinstalling the old gpu but nothing seems to work.. plz help!!!

Which motherboard are you using?

unplug the power cable from the wall
remove the CMOS battery, press the power button for about 10seconds, put the battery back (plus has to be visible)
also check if the BIOS reset jumper is in the correct position

I'm using avertek h55kbl motherboard. I reset the cmos by removing battery and pressing power button for 15 sec. I don't have a jumper so used a screwdriver to connect the two prongs of the cmos reset. Still didn't work. The Fans of the cpu and gpu rotate but wont display anything
