Computer starts but no display

Computer won't start up
When I power it on the fans activate but nothing displays on monitor and keyboard and mouse are not turned on
Loose Computer spec:
Nividia 1060
Msi motherboard
Extreme 2 525 psu
8gb of ram

That's all I can remember right now as I am unable to check exact specs

will it open the bios?
What is the voltage readings in the bios, if you can see it?

If the CMOS battery is dead....computer will loose date...and won't run.
Check in bios, and see what date is set. If the date has been lost, that explains it.
(if you are able to open bios)

If one of the power supply voltages has failed: that also explains it.
