Sorry for my english

As I said in the title, I traveled 15 days for vacations, I left all cables unplugged (in case of storm)
my pc was working normally when I left, but now when I press the power button de LED light and the fans start for less than a second and then nothing, even If I press the button again or change the switch position of the PSU, to repeat that I have to change de plug or wait.

There wasn't any changes of components recently, and I (briefly) cheked the cables and everything looks normal.

IMPORTANT: I moved to a new house as soon as I came back from my vacations and I didn't checked if it was working before but there wasn't any hit or anything like that.

I tried Pull out one ram, and change the cables of the PSU

My Specs

CPU: I7-8700K
GPU: Asus Strix 1080 Ti
Memory: 16GB (2X8) Crucial Ballistix 3200Mhz
Mother: MSI Z370-A Pro
PSU: Cougar Power X 700w

Solution
It looks like a short. Maybe something got wrong during transportation. Try reseating all components (including CPU) and cables.
