Computer Starts In Windows Then Later Boots To Bios

So my computer starts up, goes into Windows 10 Pro no problem. I can go on about my business and then randomly whether I'm gaming, surfing the web (it did it once while typing this thread), watching a movie on my hdd, or anything. And it is all at complete random, I also have been monitoring my temps and whatnot and they're all within spec. I haven't OC my Ryzen 3 1200, my corsair 16gb x 4 3000mhz is working fine and it did it when I only had 8gb x 2 as well. Just 2 days ago I got an m.2 smasung evo 960 ssd and did a fresh install of windows 10 pro and it still does it. My MOBO is an ASROCK X370 Killer SLI/AC and the bios is up to date.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, please list your specs like so:

Does the issue occur when in BIOS only? Did you rule out a corrupt installer by recreating your bootable USB installer?
