I just recently installed an MSI Gaming X Trio RTX 2080 and a Corsair CX650M PSU into my computer. It was working fine for 3 days until this morning I clicked the OC profile on the MSI Dragon Center and after that, the monitor doesn't show anything but the computer is on. The GPU fans and RGB's turn on, the CPU fan spins, and the case fans turn on. My motherboard (MSI b350M bazooka) has 4 EZ debug LEDs. First, when I power on the PC, the CPU light is lit for a few seconds. Then, the VGA light is on for a few seconds. Then the BOOT light stays on until I eventually power down my computer.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
Memory: ADATA 16gb 2133mhz and Corsair Vengeance 16gb 2400mhz (has been working fine)
GPU: RTX 2080 MSI Gaming X Trio
Storage: WD green 240gb SSD and Toshiba 2tb HDD
Motherboard: MSI B350M Bazooka
PSU: Corsair 80+ bronze CX 650 M
Monitor: ASUS VG248QE 144hz 24in 1080p

I use DisplayPort to connect my computer to my monitor.

I have tried reinstalling my GTX 1080 from which I just recently upgraded from but same issue. I also tried reseating my CPU but no dice.

I am thinking of upgrading to an i7 8700K CPU and an MSI Z390 A PRO motherboard. Could this solve the issue?
