Question Computer starts then stops ?

I've just started seeing something strange from my computer with mobo ASRock z77 extreme 9.

Its hard to explain what it's doing so I've recorded it

I've tried changing the CMOS battery.

Has anyone seen this behaviour ?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (new, refurbished, used)? History of heavy use for gaming, video editing, or even bit-mining?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or even informational events that are recorded just before or at the time the computer stops and starts.

One immediate thought is a loose connection.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connections, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.
