Computer starts up but no signal

So today my computer has a new, frustrating problem. Every time I turn on the computer it all light up, all fans go and such but the monitor constantly gives me a no signal. I tried turning it on and off a few times, a different HDMI port in the monitor, reseating the graphics card, everything I could think of but still nothing. Any ideas?

Yea the monitor is on. I actually use an LCD tv, and it works fine, I switched to cable to check. The monitor goes on, and has a message saying no signal.

Did you try to plug your TV directly to the motherboard? You might have a faulty HDMI port.

AMD set up, no integrated graphics. Did try using the display port instead of HDMI, neither work.

Ok, is your motherboard showing any sign of faulty hardware? If not, I guess something happened to the gpu and should contact your manufacturer for RMA...

Do the lights on your keyboard flash for a brief moment when you turn it on? And is the light under your mouse turning on?

yes keyboard and mouse are both lighting up. No signs that anything is wrong with the motherboard as far as I can tell. the fans plugged into it still run when the system is booted.
