Computer StartsUp But Signal Led Are Not Working,Monitor Says No Signel,CPU & SMPS Fan Are Working But GPU Fan Are Not Working

Computer Starts-Up But Signal Led Are Not Working,No Beep Plays When I Turn On PC,Monitor Says No Signel Sometimes Monitor Says Cable Not Connected,CPU & SMPS Fan Are Working But GPU Fan Are Not Working And Also Mouse Light Works But Keyboard Led Not Works And There Is No Light Working In Inside The Cabinet And I Also Put Monitor Cable Into VGA Port But No Success Please Help Me

whats the specs of your pc .. what hardware you got and what powersupply . is this setup been working before . did you do any changes in the system ? any little information can be usefull. cos it hard to make guess with limited information

My specs: Windows 8.1 32bit CPU: Inter Core2Deo Gpu:2 GB DDR3 Nvidia Geforce GT610 Ram:4 GB DDR3 Motherboard: American Megatrends And Power Spply Is Via UPS And The Setup Is Working From Long Time I Didn't Make Changes In My PC

if i were i ll do loads of test to narrow the problem ill start with power supply it may not delivering power to all connections ill get other power supply and plug it in and see . and ill try to press f1 or f11 or delete when start up to see i can get to the bios or not ill go around and do clean up unplug all usbs and run it at minimum power so no drive connected just to pin point the problem it will be fun

as i said monitor is saying no signal sometimes cable not connected and keyboard is not working but mouse is working
