Computer stays on after shutdown

Hello! I built my computer, Though I didnt build it well so forgive me xD

Basicly when I shutdown my computer the cpu fan stay running and the power buttons led stays on (and the red reset button), the only way it goes off is for me to turn off the PSU with the switch in the back but when I switch it back on the cpu fan starts ther LEDs come but I have to hit the power button againfor it to actuly come up

how do you normally turn it off? The power button if you use it may be set to sleep mode after login when you press it.

No I use shutdown in windows, and I checked last night and the cases fans turn off but the LEDs and the CPU fans stay on

Update: The case fans turn off but the CPU fan stays on and the case LEDs stay on, I hit shutdown and waited a hour and had no change cpu fan was still running and led was still on

Same thing But I now notice that the case fan that is plugged into the motherboard is turning off but the one plugged into a cord from the PSU is still going along with the CPU fan

If that doesn't work, Your memory may be the issue, and the constant cause.
