Computer Sticks at Asus Startup BIOS Wallpaper- P8Z77-V

Hello Talented Peoples,

I have Couple of Question to ask about my PC.

When I start my PC without GFX Card then it sticks at Asus Wallpaper where it says "Please DEL Key to Enter BIOS".

but When I Put my GFX Card then it works Perfectly without any hassle.

My Specs as Follows:
MotherBoard: Asus P8Z77-V
Processor: Intel i3 2100
RAM: Corsair 4GB RAM
PSU: Corsair CX430

if anything you want to know let me Know Please.
Another Thing:

My MotherBoard is Quiet Bend from the Corner will it create Problem with RAM? if Yes then I will ask my Retailer to replace it right away.

If the board arrived physically damaged it should be replaced.

Sorry for Bump. I will RMA my Board or I will ask my Retailer to give me new Board.
