Computer Stops Opening Anything

Around 5-10 minutes after I log on everything becomes unresponsive, this only just started happening about a week or two ago and I didn't make any big changes to my system or download anything to trigger this. I can still move the mouse around and click anything but nothing will open, not even task manger and I have to force shut down, I basically have to get lucky when I turn my PC on and hope it works.

You can try Booting the Computer in Safe Mode or In Command Prompt Externally and then Restoring Your PC to Two Weeks Before.
