Computer Storage Problem

I just built my computer and I have a ssd as my boot drive and a 2tb hard drive for storage. I Downloaded windows on my ssd so it will start up faster. I went into my file explorer and moved the Users folder by changing the location in properties to my 2tb hardrive. Now it shows up on my desktop and when i try to delete it, it says that this could ruin your computer? Any fixes

it would seem WIndows wants the Users folder on the C: Drive....; you can point to a different location for your downloads to occur, but, I would not try moving default folder locations from the C: drive to a storage drive.

Do NOT move the whole /Users/ folder.
Bad things will result.

Some things assume and depend on that being on your C drive.

There are easy ways to redirect your Libraries locations. But don't move the whole /Users/ folder.

So what i did was wiped the pc and deleted everything but windows. Only because i had nothing on the computer and I have nothing to lose data wise. In order for me to use ssd and hdd i just have to change the C/ to a D/ when downloading things i want in my hardrive. Im all good now thanks

You can tell your browser to default download to whichever drive and folder you want.
Don't have to change it every time.

Applications? They can also be installed on whichever drive you wish.
But really, you do want those on the SSD. That's why you have it.
