Computer Strange Sound Like HDD when I'm Away

My computer just make this sound like and old HDD writing, when i get away for more and less 5 minutes... its really anoying.

And it stops as soon as i move the mouse our start using the keyboard.

Anyone knows something about it? Im worried about it.

It's probably going to "sleep" and spinning down. If you use Windows, go to Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced settings and turn off power savings for disks: Turn off hard disk after = 0
