Computer stuck at boot screen

Computer stuck at boot screen after starting up. Only starts after kicking hard on the CPU. I am using windows 10 pro since October.

1. since there are no movable parts on a cpu, kicking it provide no help this is not a mechanical device like a motor.
2. likely need to run a diagnostics on your hard drive run smart and look for errors.
