My system wont start...

Sorry... but i have tried that and it doesnt work ..
and i have even tried to short the jumper and reset, But no solution ..
I actually need to know what the problem is..
Is there any chances of losing my bios ??and i have to install a new one??

I would remove every component from the computer that you can. keyboard, mouse, ethernet, gpu, extra ram sticks, extra HDD that are not the boot disks.
