Computer stuck at loading operating system after cloning HDD onto SSD

So I cloned my HDD on to my SSD, and when I unplugged the HDD, (and changed boot priority to the SSD first) my computer went on and got stuck at this:

Loading Operating System...

Why is there a j_ even out there? This is weird.. On the site itself it says that everything should work fine but it isn't really..

i've used MiniTool partition
to clone.
SSD is a samsung 850 evo 250 GB. I had 160 GB used on my HDD so that shhouldn't be a problem right??

Make sure you have AHCI enabled in your BIOS. Also, disconnect your old HDD from your motherboard and only allow the SSD to be connected. Try booting again and see what happens.
