I have seen many posts about this but nothing is solving my problem.
The problem is that my computer is stuck at the windows repair tool. Everything i click in this tool leads back to the start. I cannot open Bios and no CMD commands work. Right now it seems restoring is the only option, but i dont want to lose my files.
Does anyone know a fix for this?
