Question Computer stuck on "clear cmos information" when i open it.

Hi all,
I put together my computer today. Everything is put in correctly i believe. However when i boot up my computer, it brings me to the start up screen as usual, but immediately after it jumps to a screen which says: "clear cmos information, BIOS has been reset, please re-config your bios items if needed" I cannot click on ok because when i move my mouse, it teleports around the screen and then becomes unresponsive. I have tried changing mice and usb ports but that doesn't seem to be the issue.
If anyone knows whats wrong please tell me. Im new to building pc's so im not sure if i installed everything correctly.

Not exactly sure what you mean with make and model but
