Computer stuck on Motherboard screen HELP

Hi i power on my computer and it just sticks on the gigabyte motherboard it wont let me press anything not even let me into bios screen it was working fine before but then i overclocked it and restarted and now it just stays on the mobo screen, here are the overclock settings i adjusted i turned my cpu vcore to 1.2, turned thermal monitor off, turned turbo power limit to 250v each, turned cuu p11 to 1.650v, turned all 4 turbo ratios to 42 each (i have a i5-3570k) and i turned my xmp profile to 1 HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

the small round battery? i just pulled it out waited 5 mins put it back in and it still won't work
