I downloaded TeamSpeak 3 and my comp started to be really slow. I uninstalled it but it is still really slow. so now every time I try to download a program from the internet I open it and it just keeps loading until it says "program did not respond in a timely fashion". Also when I click on chrome it takes around 5 mins to open.

what has happened??

this is my rig:
CPU: i5 6600k 3.5 ghz skylake
GPU: gigabyte gtx 960 Windforce 4gb
CPU COOLER: cooler master hyper 212 evo
MOBO: Z170A PC mate 1151 ddr4
RAM: geIL 8gb kit (2 - 4gb)

Its not the hard drive.

First run task manager (press ctrl-alt-delete) and check your processes to see if anything is running and taking up all of your network or CPU cycles. If so try and kill it and see if it improves. Note what the program is and uninstall it. If that doesn't work make sure your virus scanning is up to date and run that, you may well have downloaded a virus with that software which is dragging your network to a halt.

I would wager on the Harddrive as well. Its time to get on the SSD train.
Dont try to clone from the old harddrive to the New SSD, (Its probably going to be corrupt somehow during the process).
Do a fresh install on the new SSD.

Whats the brand of the SSD?
Did you originally do a fresh install on it?
How much space is taken up? IE How much Space is in use?

Well, you could do a full reset on your pc and install your windows on the ssd by using a 4gb flashdrive and use the old hard drive for storing something not so important
