computer suddenly running slow

about 4daysago my laptop slowed way down, i usually watch a lot of cartoons and streaming movies online now they just run slow. the fan run constantly. the CPU usage is very low, i run few programs and i just dont understand. ive also defragmented and deleted uneccesary crap from my computer and ran 2 different virus scanning programs.

ive cleaned all the vents out, i dont see any dust left

If the fans are still running a lot, you may need to open the case to see if dust is blocking the internal fans. If you aren't comfortable opening the laptop - I would suggest taking it to a repair shop. It is either a clogged fan, a fan that is not operating correctly, or the thermal paste may be bad...
