Computer suddenly starts running slow and laggy

Hi all,
Have this problem for 3 days. My pc became pretty laggy in game and on browser, no new programm no new hardware.
For now I tryed, defrag hdd, clean registry, clean all temp&cache file, look up to hw usage etc. But nothing, pc seems running at low load and it's lag a lot.
My spec
Psu corsair 750
I7 4770k
980 gtx
16 ram
Hero vii
OS system on Samsung evo

Really can't figure out why

quite hot in your rooms since a couple of days? - please start with checking all temps by CPU-Z / GPU-Z for example and report with screens please...
furmark and prime might help to see more 😉

While i used photoshop to crop screenshoot, it became really laggy, and this was cpu during the lag

It's hot in room, but nothing extraordinary, from 24 to max 30, but was same before it start lag
