I was playing The Witcher 3 today and my computer suddenly turned off then right back on. All case fans, LEDs and everything flashed off for a moment and then came right back up to the BIOS. No BSOD

I just bought a new GTX 970 and am wondering if I need a new power supply..

I am running a lot of power hungry components

I'm rocking a:
Asus Corsshair V Formula-Z
AMD Fx 9370 with an H80i cooler
Asus Strix 970
16 GB RAM
Power Color Xtreme Gear 800 Watt PSU

I know this PSU isn't top of the line and it's getting kind of old (Like 5 years old) I assume that I have enough power? I don't think I'm running into overheating issues with the CPU because I was getting that when I first got the chip and got the H80i installed and it's been cool as a cucumber since. I don't believe the GPU was OC'd I had the Asus tweak program to be setting it a bit higher but not much but it wasn't even open (I think it has to be open to make it run? I'm not sure about that though.)

Anyways, should I be getting a new PSU? How much power would I need to power these beasts? I was thinking of this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139084 because it's a damn beaut but I want to keep it under $100 if I can.. But I also want something that's going to last me another 5 years.

Thanks in advance, you guys are awesome.

If the system is protected by UPS, then I'd suspect the power supply. If there is no UPS, then the A/C at the wall may have been interrupted by a local wiring fault, breaker malfunction or other electrical supply issue. 5 years is a long time, especially if you run your system 24/7, and the fact that you're a gamer means you run some very demanding software. Get the new Corsair power supply and consider a UPS to protect from outages as well as brownouts and momentary interruptions.
