I'm not sure if this belongs into the Motherboard or Graphic Card category since I do not know what it causing this issue.
But long story short: My computer used to start up in a couple of seconds. I have my OS (Windows 10) on my SSD. Unfortunately my old graphic card got fried and took the motherboard to the grave with it.
I replaced it with a MSI Z270 motherboard and a Geforce GTX 1060 graphic card.
Everything is working perfectly fine and fast, once my computer is actually started up. But it is stuck on the MSI boot-screen for about 5-10 minutes almost every time I turn it on or restart. It also won't let me open up my BIOS setup.
Every 1/20 times it decides to work normally again and start up in a couple of seconds.

Has anyone any suggestions as to what is causing this or how to fix it?
(Also, I'm sorry for any grammatical mistakes, as English is not my first language.)

Solution
If it's a different version MB, and you didn't reinstall windows, there can be issues. Your PC probably isn't running optimally either. When switching to a different chipset MB, it's best to reinstall Windows.
