[SOLVED] Computer thinks I'm holding right click.

Hi, my PC thinks I'm holding right click. I've tried unplugging my mouse and it still happens, I've tried disabling my mousepad (it's a laptop) and it still happens. It's hindering my ability to use the laptop. I've ran a malware scan which came back with nothing.

I've used several different mouses, same happens with each.

Well everything that would happen if I'm clicking left click happens, in games things that happen when you press right click are spammed. On the desktop, it brings up the right click menu everywhere I move my mouse, I can't left click until I've right clicked, online it brings up the right click menu, as it's doing right now as I'm writing this.

Are you able to boot the laptop into Safe Mode?
I'm not sure how to.

When you changed/tried different mice did you download, install, and configure the mouse drivers via the respective manufacturer's websites?

Windows 10?

If so, try running the built-in troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Failing that run "sfc /scannow" via the Command Prompt.
