Computer total freeze during a game, desperate for help

Total game freeze and crash during gameplay. Probably not heat related, since it can and will happen within 1 minute of Bioshock Infinite depending on what I do in game. Every temperature monitoring program known to man installed and run, I dont understand them but theyre there. EVerey test run, intel burn test passed (max settings at 10 passes) and even Prime 95 passed. Furmark still going as we speak, stabilized at 71 degrees. Power supply 700 watts but cant check it due to lack of a meter and apparently no software exists to check it. Im at the end of my rope it happens with every game. It freezes, repeats the sound of whatever I was doing forever and I cant do anything aside from hold down the power button. Im at my wits end here. Ill do whatever I need to get help. Need more info? Ill do what I can to provide, just remember Im not super at this stuff so please be specific and please try and explain things in an easily understood manner. Now Im gonna dust for the 3rd time this week. Oh boy.

did you upgrade your drivers yet? also try upgrading the BIOS too.

oh wait are you sure about this? "931GB Western Digital WDC WD10 EZEX-08M2NA0 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)" SCSI and SATA are two different things.

Pull out the memory modules and test the system one at a time gaming. This is where I would start since you've isolated that the issues do not appear to be thermally generated by the CPU and GPU. Try some other GPU stress test software as well, just to be thorough. I'm not sure how intense the furmark stress test is. Also you can pick up a good auto ranging meter from most stores in the auto section for about 20 dollars. I usually test PSUs from the 4 pin connectors. DC 12V rail - Yellow +, Black -. DC 5V rail - Red +, Black -.

My HD was plugged in with SATA cables, I just copied and pasted that list from SPeccy real quick. As for drivers yes theyre updated, some of them manually updated too. As for bios drivers are those in the device manager? If they are then theyve been updated, no red flags or warning signs anywhere on it. And I assume the 2nd reply meant RAM sticks right? I have one out (if thats what you meant I assume it is) and will try that now. As for Furmark I mean it says its at 99% gpu load, it seems widely recommended but I will also look for another one to compare it to as well.

read your manual on updating the BIOS also try running memtest86 http://www.memtest86.com/ to test your memory.

fyi the BIOS in not seen in device manager. just read your manual on updating it you'll understand.

The bios was already up to date, all possible combinations of ram stick swapping had no effect, and when I tried to put memtest on a flashdrive it kept telling me step 1 and 3 had to be different... but there was only one selection for either option so I couldnt change them. Granted unless both ram sticks and dimm slots are malfunctioning the test wouldnt really help anyways.

Oh I dont have another computer to test it with, I only have a laptop aside from my current pc. Granted right away it passes the quick test but that's useless information if it's in my current computer huh?
