Computer tower still on after shutdown

So As the Title says My computer tower won't turn off after I shutdown my computer. All the fans, and hardware continues to run though windows is off.

it bios bug..happened to me and my asus mb. turn the power off by the power supply on/off switch. take the power of the wall and let the mb drain for 10 min. then clear the cmos. if it fixes the issue check to see if the mb has any bios updates.

Didn't work for me. I cleared cmos and the bios is the latest version.

Yes i pull the power from the wall

download the newest bios file and run it twice to see if the bios recovers.

Still no luck! =(

may be time to email the mb vendor for help/rma it.

I have a OEM Version of windows installed to it.......
