My computer was acting weird lately that it will turn off by itself and also when I click restart on windows it will just turn off. Also, way before it was doing BSOD. Now the computer will only turn on but no display and no beep sound

I thought it was the power supply but tried another one but same thing and also I tried other ram and GPU and its not working. Also, when testing all this no hard drive or other things was connected.

I have a Gigabyte 970A-UD3P ver.2 with an AMD FX-8350. So I'm wondering if it could be the motherboard the problem and should I RMA the motherboard

Thanks for your help.

Solution
First off reset the BIOS as follows:

1. Remove the AC Power cable,

2. remove the battery,

3. remove the BIOS jumper from contacts 1 and 2 and move it to contacts 2 and 3

4. press the power button and hold it pressed for a minute

5. Wait 10 minutes before putting the jumper back as on contacts 1 and 2, battery back on, and reattaching the AC cable, and try booting the computer.

6. If 10 minutes doesn't help, do a second BIOS reset following the same method but instead of 5 minutes, allow it a full hour to reset.

7. If still nothing, do a third BIOS reset as adviced before, but this last time leave it resetting overnight or from 10 to 12 hours.

Dual BIOS repair:
8. If resettting the BIOS doesn't work, the BIOS is probably dead.. the Gigabyte dual BIOS should kicked in and repaired it automatically but it doesn't work everytime.. you may want to manually force the repair following this guide.

9. If nothing worked, it'll be time to RMA the board if it's still within the warranty period.
