Question Computer turned off and won't turn back on

Hi could someone help me please.

I got done building my PC about a month ago and yesterday I was watching a youtube video and it just turned off. Some of the mobo lights would come on about every 15 seconds and shine but very dimly then turn off. The NZXT z73 AIO boot screen would also come on for just a second just to turn off.

I tried another computers power supply that only had the CPU and motherboard connectors attached, and that resulted in the mobo lights being solid. But it would still not boot up and the NZXT AIO screen would still not work.

I've also tried resetting the cmos and removing and re-inserting the battery.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

cpu: i9-10900k
cpu cooler: nzxt z73 AIO
mobo: Asus ROG maximus xii extreme
psu: Asus rog thor 1200w
gpu: 3090 founders edition
ram: 64gb g skill trident z royal

I've tried it without RAM, with all of them, and with just one.
