Computer turned off and won't turn on

I just built a brand new computer and it just randomly turned off and won't turn on again.
When I hit the power button the cpu fan and case fans spin. The fan on my gpu doesn't spin and none of the usb ports work. Which makes me think its a mother board problem and not a psu problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix my computer

A PSU problem would manifest itself same way.
