[SOLVED] Computer turned off, but peripherals still on

My computer has already been shut down, however my peripherals like my USB fan and headphones are still on. I had to turn off the power supply.

Is there anything wrong with my computer? If so, what can I do to fix it? Or am I supposed to turn off my power supply whenever I finish using my computer?

your motherboard is powering the ports so you can charge devices while its off. you can probably dis-able the feature in the BIOS. check your manual.
