Hello, 2 weeks ago I´ve noticed that my pc power button is blinking every morning when I wake up, and I also woke up 2 times and seen the computer turning itself on,

I have a Msi B150A Gaming pro mobo, I5 6400, Gtx 960 and decent 600w corsair psu, so that wouldnt be the problem.
I have also turned off fast boot in control panel, but with no results
Update: I have removed CMOS battery for 2 minutes but also with no results or change

Thanks for any advice

Take a look in "task scheduler" in windows. You'll be surprised what you find.
Some apps, e.g. windows update can actually turn on the PC at specific times.

Im pretty sure i´ve pressed shutdown option in system, and also checked if power button really shutdowns the pc, so Im sure that Im turning it off, not going to sleep

Well, I have now noticed that process manager says, that running time is 20 hours, but I turned it off not more than 11 hours ago, It has some point what you are saying, but I don´t have any other options for shutdown

Have a look in the bios, can't remember off hand where it is exactly in the bios, but disable all the wake up event timers, it will be things like wake up by lan, wake up by ring, wake up by USB etc, disable them all and try again.
