Computer turning of and on again

My computer is turning off and on repeatedly after my new motherboard, ram, cpu replacement/upgrade

Post your system specs first.

Have you tried turning it on with only one RAM module or switching between the RAM slots?

Is your computer not POST-ing or it's turning off when you're booting into windows?

Did you perform a clean install of windows after these upgrades , if not you should ,could be a conflicting driver issue.

My specs 8x1 ram , graphics card gtx 1050 ti , i5 7400 ,motherboard h110m-h nothing loads up on the screen it just says not available and when I take out atx_12v it stays on but doesn’t show anything

What PSU have you got?

My power supply says it cannot go over 300 watts

But i think it says it’s normally lower

Can you post a picture with the sticker on the power supply?
That might be the problem if it's a low quality unit.

Do you have the proper BIOS installed to run a 7th generration CPU on a H110 board?

I had a i5 2320 before and I don’t think I can put an image of the sticker but I will get a site to put it on then show in sec

How do I check if I have the right bios on the motherboard and how to clean the drivers

You would need a clean install of windows if you didn't perform one.
Also H110 boards won't run a 7th gen without the proper BIOS.

Do I just go on the intel site and download the generation 7 for it to work

I still haven’t found a solution and I don’t know how to get the latest intel update for 7th generation
