Computer Turning Off And On Loop?

Hello everyone.
This PC has been running fine and strong for a long time, I turned it off the other night, and now Thisbe morning trying to turn it on resulted in a loop of my PC trying to boot and then shutting down.
I think was working fine the night before.
The video is the best example, it even stays on for a good 30 seconds before failing not just a quick off and on.
Any help is seriously appreciated!

First, plug the thing in a single wall outlet not in that power strip.
Second, need full system specs including power supply brand and model.

PC shutting down is most often a power supply or motherboard issue.

So I plugged my PC Power Supply straight into the wall and my computer is now on and staying on. But all my USB ports are dead and I'm getting no image now. Very strange.
