Computer turning on and off

Hello, I built my own pc yesterday and it was working perfectly; I was playing witcher 3 at great fps and then suddenly the pc froze. My specs are:

Corsair Carbide series 200r
Asus z97 pro (wi fi ac)
xfx ts 750 watt 80 + bronze psu
gtx 980 ti
i7 4790k

When I turn it on everything works fine for 2 seconds then the DRAM LED red light on my mootherboard flashes on and it turns off. When I press the MemOK button it stays on a tiny bit longer but still turns off. Nothing comes on in the monitor. When I unplug the CPU power the power still goes through with the mobo. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't think the psu is faulty as It was working fine last night.

The only thing I can think of, is that the motherboard died somehow. Or maybe RAM died.
If you have 2 sticks of RAM, take the other one out and test.
if you have 4, try to take 2 sticks out, test, then test the other 2.

Were you using an XMP profile? Reset UEFI probably worth a try. Also try 1 stick of RAM at a time.
