Computer turning on & off

My computer works fine when on. It NEVER shuts down or restarts while I'm using it, but when I shutdown computer about 10mins later the lights/fans turn on for about 2secs then turns off. Repeats every 10mins. PLEASE HELP!

Can you test with different power supply?
