Question Computer turns but doesn’t post cpu led is on

CPU : ryzen 5 2600x
Mb: msi b450m gaming plus
PSU : corsair TX550m
GPU : gigabyte GTX 1080 g1
Ram : 2x8 kingston value ram 2300
CPU cooler : corsair h60 AIO
i tried to post using only the cpu no gpu no ram to see if it will stuck on the cpu light or not But it still there removed the cpu and Applied to another thermal paste to the CPU and reinstall it ‏But that didn’t change anything at all what can I do please help me
