Hello,
So my computer is turning off while playing. Not all games afected. Such as League of legends , gwent and Destiny 2 are playing smooth. But when i play Middle earth shadow of war or Witcher 3 (all settings to the max) for some reason my PC turns off and turns on again.
It is not overheat issue because i have monitored my computer with MSI Afterburner. Here are screenshots:

As you can see GPU temp is 61 degree Celsius and CPU 41 degree Celsius. I really have no idea what it may be because PSU is new.

My whole rig setup:
Graphics card : Nvidia gtx 1070 Ti MSI Aero
Processor : i5-4690
Motherboard : GA-H97-HD3 Gigabyte
RAM : 16 gb (2xHyperX black and 2xHyper X Fury)
PSU : Tacens mars gaming MPII 650

And also my PC is connected to electricity through UPS. Don't know if it will help but will try to connect PC straight in without UPS.

Solution
The PSU might be new but it is still garbage. 38A on the 12 volt rail. That makes it rated for 456 Watts if it can even put that much out.
I would swap that out with a friends that has better quality just to make sure.

Heat is only one reason the computer might shut off. If your power supply can't supply the necessary power, that can also cause problems.

I notice that this happens with the more demanding games. So when your CPU and GPU are demanding the most power, the computer shuts off. The name of that power supply is unknown to me, so I would start there. Get a quality power supply first.

Unfortunately none of my friends are in gaming so there is no option to swap parts :(. Could you please suggest good PSU for my rig setup?

P.S. I have disconnected computer from UPS(found out it was 480w) and switched the cable which goes into PSU and was able to play normaly for 2 hours. But even before sometimes i was able to play for 3-4 hours without computer turning off. So will still test like this and see if it will get any better.
