My PC has had the same issue, a while ago it would randomly shut down (Black Screen Power off trying to restart) replaced my gpu and motherboard and still having same issue.
Pc specs:
GPU - GTX 970 ASUS TURBO
CPU - intel i5 4690
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X- Gaming 3
PSU - Cosair CX750
Motherboard and GPU were replaced to ones listed above but issue still remains, i think the Power Supply is the issue but not entirely sure. Any help is appreciated.
