Computer turns off and cannot turn back on! Blinking power led!

Hi i recently build a budget gaming computer and it had shut down byitself a couple times now. After the random shutdowns i couldnt turn on my computer again and the front power led was blinking. I had to remove the psu plug and replug it in order to start up my computer

I googled it and it is not a good psu. Take it back if you can and exchange for a 500-550 Watts PSU from Corsair, Seasonic, and higher rated Thermaltake PSUs. Yours has very low rating and it seems that a lot of people are having issues with it. So send it back for exhange.
