Computer turns off and on after I turn it on.

Recently my computer has been turning on and off when I turn it on. And checked if everything is working. Psu is fine, fans on the psu are working fine too. Motherboard is lighting and all fans are working fine too. But every time I turn it on it'll light up all the components as if it was working(also mouse/keyboard) and then after about 10 good seconds it'll shut down by it self then turn on like it was restarting and it keeps going until I hold down the power button to shut down. This all started happening after i downloaded the unity game engine but I'm not sure if that could have made this happen. Sometimes lights on my keyboard/mouse will stay on after I turn off the system completely.

I bet that's an asrock motherboard... Reseat your ram on same slots, it will turn on successfully after some tries
