I have a build working for month and half
Woke up this morning and the computer turns on the immediately turns off and continues to do so

I tried different ram
I used a jumper for the power supply and it runs everything else without shutting off
The CPU cooling isn't an issue the pump on my water cooling is working perfect
Is this my mobo?

Specs:
16gb ripjaw 1600mhz
intel core i7 2600k
Gigabyte d3-b3 z68 mobo
OCZ 700w Modx psu
Rasa 120 water cooling
Twin frozr 560ti
Haf 912

I cleared the Cmos did nothing either. Reinstalled heatsink, Checked ram and the psu powered everything but my mobo and cpu for an hour and then i turned it off so I don't think it's that

I suspect either the mobo or PSU at this point. I recommend you remove all devices (SATA/IDE, etc) and all but 1 stick of memory. See if the system will boot and let you into the BIOS. If successful, start reconnecting devices (start with your boot drive) to verify that the problem isn't a particular device "shorting" the system.

Already tried, everything else runs when it is jumped so I don't think its getting shorted. I'm going to RMA the board and see if that's the problem. I have done all the tests I don't even get a beep
