Hello! I'm new, i have a really disturbing problem on my PC.
I am really familiar with computers but i dont know how to fix this.
My computer turns off randomly, and then it wont turn on sometimes after. I have to wait around 3 minutes.
It turns off when i'm playing pc games and browsing the internet.
My main guess is the memory/SSD.
Second guess is the CPU overheating. Its around 60-80C when im browsing the internet.
I have a stock cooler.

Specs:

Graphics Card: MSI Geforce GTX 960

Proccesor/CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K

Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3HP (UD)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (RED)

PSU: Fractal Design EFFEKT 400W

Wi-Fi Card: TP-Link Wireless N PCI Adapter TL-WN881ND

Chassi/Tower: Antec GX505 (Blue LEDS)

SSD: Toshiba OCZ TR150 240GB

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

Thanks for reading this, i hope you can help me!

Solution
The Cooler master GeminII M4 would be better because the other coolers that you suggested won't cool the VRM; there's no point in keeping the CPU cool if the VRM has to throttle the CPU to protect itself.

60-80c when browsing is VERY high, My thought is the overheating, it's not memory, because that would either not post or BSOD, if it were the ssd the computer should bsod.
The power supply could be the issue, but you do NEED to address those temperatures, web browsing shouldn't be anywhere near there.

Temperatures can't be read accurately on that CPU and it would throttle before shutting down; the performance drop would be rather obvious. AOD is accurate, but it reports the distance to throttling.

80C is still a very high temp to see on an amd cpu, high 60s is usually overheating on amd chips

Alright i fixed the problem. I was looking at my PC.. then i found that the 4-pin power cable wasn't connected right.
Problem solved! Thanks!
By the way.. I did a stresstest on everything, the PC didnt shut down or anything so it wasnt the PSUs fault.

I still need to fix the temps. I'm gonna buy a new cooler.

Alright. I checked my temps with AIDA64 extreme :)
Any tips on a good cooler? haha

Cooler master 212 Evo, Cooler master hyper t4 or the Cooler master GeminII M4. The reason I am recommending cooler master is because of the price per performance and of the reliability. Noctua is great too, but they are quite expensive.
