Computer turns off while in sleep mode

Whenever I put my computer into sleep mode, it will turn on, and then turn off completely. If I then try to turn it back on, it will not load the first time that I try to turn it on, and I will have to turn it off again and then back on. This does not always happen. I have noticed that for periods of time, it will happen every time, and then not happen for a while, and repeat. Also if I try to use my computer when it turns itself on, I can not do anything on it. I have looked for solutions but not found anything that has worked yet. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know, thanks.

Windows 10
CPU: FX 6120
GPU: XFX R9 380 2gb gddr5
PSU: Rosewill Photon 750 (80+ gold)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1tb 7200 rpm
Motherboard: HP angelica 2
RAM: not really sure its whatever HP put into it (i got it as a pre-built and upgraded it)
